This hour and a half session will help you to identify and implement a few simple changes to reduce stress, and build resilience and wellbeing, finishing with a restful guided relaxation.
Using modern, clinically proven, neuroscience-based information and techniques, we’ll give an overview of how to get your brains working better and show you that it’s possible to change the way you think – to think better – allowing you to feel better and do better.

When you understand why our brains respond as they do, and why they get us stuck sometimes, it helps you understand how you can change your responses, and how to get it working better. With an introduction to understanding our stress response, we can help you choose a few simple changes to reduce anxiety and build resilience and wellbeing.
During a brief tour of the brain, we explain why it responds the way it does to stressors in our lives and provide some simple solutions to encourage our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges.
All attendees will be given free access to a guided relaxation recording designed to relax, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
